    heavy cream
  • 1 can(s)
    (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/4 c
    pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract (optional)

How to Make Butter Pecan Ice Cream


  1. Prepare your ice cream machine according to the manufacturer's directions and churn the ice cream until it is frozen. Transfer the ice cream to a plastic container, cover the ice cream with cling wrap (to avoid ice crystals) and a lid, and place in the freezer for a couple of hours to cure, or according to your machine's directions.
