This is one of my favorite ice cream recipes, I love Amaretto!!!!

Ingredients

2 - eggs
1 cup sugar or sugar substitute
1 cup amaretto flavored coffee creamer
2 cups heavy cream

How To Make amaretto flavored ice cream

Step 1

Mix eggs and sugar until blended and fluffy

Step 2

Add the Amaretto and heavy cream. Mix well
Step 3

Pour into a plastic container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Step 4

Pour into Ice Cream freezer and freeze for about 30 minutes. For a stiffer ice cream, you can put in freezer for about an hour. Goes well with almond cookies.
