This is a great dish to have on hand when company drops by unexpected and makes a cool, refreshing desert in the summer. My moma used to make this during the holidays because the "green" color was pretty for Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 2 box
    pudding, pistachio
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1
    container of cool whip
  • ·
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How to Make Watergate Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and cool whip. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add drained pineapple, marshmellows and pecans to pudding mixture. Blend together.
  3. I really don't know the correct amount of marshmellows to add, we just always put the amount we want or have a taste for.
