This is a great dish to have on hand when company drops by unexpected and makes a cool, refreshing desert in the summer. My moma used to make this during the holidays because the "green" color was pretty for Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes pudding, pistachio
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 - container of cool whip
  • - marshmallows, mini
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make watergate salad

  • Step 1
    In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and cool whip. Stir until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Add drained pineapple, marshmellows and pecans to pudding mixture. Blend together.
  • Step 3
    I really don't know the correct amount of marshmellows to add, we just always put the amount we want or have a taste for.
