This is a great dish to have on hand when company drops by unexpected and makes a cool, refreshing desert in the summer. My moma used to make this during the holidays because the "green" color was pretty for Christmas.

Ingredients

2 box
pudding, pistachio
1 can(s)
crushed pineapple, drained

container of cool whip
marshmallows, mini
1 c
chopped pecans

How to Make Watergate Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and cool whip. Stir until well blended.
  • 2Add drained pineapple, marshmellows and pecans to pudding mixture. Blend together.
  • 3I really don't know the correct amount of marshmellows to add, we just always put the amount we want or have a taste for.
