Ingredients
- 1 large whole, fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup honey bbq sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
How To Make tangy grilled whole pineapple

Step 1Pre-spray grill with non stick spray and heat to 350

Step 2Stand pineapple upright and slice off skin with a bread knife. Leave crown on

Step 3Mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce and mustard in small bowl

Step 4On heavy duty aluminum foil sheet, spread brown sugar, salt and pepper

Step 5Place whole pineapple on grill and rotate every 5 minutes to achieve grill marks around entire pineapple

Step 6Remove pineapple from grill and allow to cool for 5 minutes

Step 7Brush pineapple with BBQ sauce mixture

Step 8Roll pineapple into sugar mixture to evenly coat, the seal into foil and replace on grill for 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.
