Ingredients
- 5 - blue berry bagels
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nut meg
- 3 - large eggs
- 2 cups bluberries fresh or frozen (do not thaw)
- 1/2 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
How To Make white chocolate blueberry pudding bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously, butter 9 x9 inch glass baking dish or 8 individual baking dishes. Place torn bagels in large mixing bowl; pour milk and cream over the bread and Let absorb for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter and let it cool. When cooled, mix with beaten eggs and remaining ingredients. Combine with bagel mixture, distributing blueberries evenly in mixture. Pour into prepared baking dish; place in center of oven. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.

Step 2While that is baking in a In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream until smooth. Stir well until completely melted, then mix in the powdered sugar. [The glaze will be thin] Drizzle on top of the blueberry bagel bread pudding after it's baked for about 30 min.

Step 3After you drizzle white chocolate on top return to oven cook for another 10 to 15 min.
