Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2/3 cup flour
- 3 - eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
How To Make swedish crepes

Step 1Mix together all ingredients and whisk well.

Step 2Pour desired amount into a hot, buttered crepe pan. Tilt pan to make a thin even crepe. Peel back edges and flip. Fold crepe in half and top with desired topping. Or, you may fill them and roll them up.

Step 3Serve with fresh fruit, preserves and/or whipped cream.
