Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch granulated sugar

How To Make swedish crepes

  • Step 1
    Mix together all ingredients and whisk well.
  • Step 2
    Pour desired amount into a hot, buttered crepe pan. Tilt pan to make a thin even crepe. Peel back edges and flip. Fold crepe in half and top with desired topping. Or, you may fill them and roll them up.
  • Step 3
    Serve with fresh fruit, preserves and/or whipped cream.
