Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 can pie filling (your choice)
- ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
How To Make strawberry squares

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs with an electric mixer. Add flour, vanilla and lemon extract mixing well.

Step 2Spread on a greased 18x12x1 cookie sheet. Score as if cutting cookie squares (not too small). Place a spoonful of pie filling in each square.

Step 3Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-40 minutes. Gently cut squares.
