Strawberry cream cheese bisquik..cobbler it's the bomb!!!..I used little extra bisquik,suger and egg..had a bit more berrys..very berry good

1 - egg
1 cup milk
1 cup bisquick
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 quarts strawberries
4 ounces cream cheese

How To Make strawberry cream cheese cobbler

Step 1

melt butter in baking dish. mix milk, bisquick, sugar and pour over butter, do not mix. cap and dice strawberries and place over mixture, cube cream cheese and poke into batter. bake 350 for 45 minutes or til brown and bubbly. 13x9 inch pan
