Ingredients
- 16 medium strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make strawberry cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare 4 custard cups or an 8 x 8 baking dish by lightly spraying with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Place the sliced strawberries in the bottom of the custard cups or baking dish; set aside.

Step 3In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and egg; mix together until crumbly. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the fruit and drizzle with melted butter.

Step 4Bake 30 minutes, if using the custard cups and 35 minutes, if using the baking dish; or until golden brown.
