We had some extra fruit in class, so we decided to expiriment! it turned out great! the pepper added no additional taste, but had a nice kick of heat as an after taste.

Ingredients

  • 8 - fresh strawberries
  • 2 - overripe bananas
  • 1 - yellow chili, seeded
  • 1 cup milk
  • two cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

  • Step 1
    Slice and seed chili pepper, add to blender
  • Step 2
    add strawberries, banana, milk, ice cream, and extract to blender.
  • Step 3
    pulse until smooth
  • Step 4
    serve cold
