Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can peaches
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make southern peach cobbler

Step 1Melt 1 stick of butter in 13 x 9 inch pan.

Step 2While melting, in mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup self rising flour, and 1 cup milk. Whisk till smooth.

Step 3Pour flour/sugar mixture on top of melted butter. Do not stir!!

Step 4In same bowl, pour LARGE can peaches in bowl and add 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mix well. Pour on top of flour/sugar/butter. Do NOT mix.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Step 7Your can of peaches can vary. Use the large can peaches, or two medium size cans. Doesn't matter if it is in its own juice, heavy syrup or light syrup, it will all work.
