All that I can say is YUM. This is easy and so good. If made into 8 servings, it's only 280 calories.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium granny smith apples,peeled, cut into eighths
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup maple-flavored syrup
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

How To Make slow cooker cinnamon apples

  • Step 1
    Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray, in slow cooker, toss apples and lemon juice to coat. Add brown sugar, walnuts, syrup, cranberries, melted butter and cinnamon; stir well.
  • Step 2
    Cover, cook on Low heat setting 3 hours. In small, bowl, stir together water and cornstarch until smooth. stir into apple mixture in slow cooker. Cover; cook 3 hours longer or until apples are tender.
