Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup carnation milk
  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 - egg yolks
  • 2 cups sugar

How To Make rhubarb meringue dessert

  • Step 1
    mix first 3 ingredients and pat into 9x13 inch pan. bake for 10 min at 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    mix remaining ingredients and pour over crust. bake for 45 min.
  • Step 3
    top with meringue 4 egg whites 12 tblsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla. pop back into oven to brown (ABOUT 20MIN) watch that it doesn't burn enjoy
