  • 1 c
    butter or margarine
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    carnation milk
  • 4 c
    rhubarb
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 4
    egg yolks
  • 2 c
    sugar

How to Make rhubarb meringue dessert

Step-by-Step

  1. mix first 3 ingredients and pat into 9x13 inch pan. bake for 10 min at 350 degrees
  2. mix remaining ingredients and pour over crust. bake for 45 min.
  3. top with meringue 4 egg whites 12 tblsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla. pop back into oven to brown (ABOUT 20MIN) watch that it doesn't burn enjoy
