- 1 cup carnation milk
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 - egg yolks
- 2 cups sugar
How To Make rhubarb meringue dessert

Step 1mix first 3 ingredients and pat into 9x13 inch pan. bake for 10 min at 350 degrees

Step 2mix remaining ingredients and pour over crust. bake for 45 min.

Step 3top with meringue 4 egg whites 12 tblsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla. pop back into oven to brown (ABOUT 20MIN) watch that it doesn't burn enjoy
