Pineapple dessert

Ingredients

·1 pint of 14% sour cream
-
·1 pkg vanilla instant pudding 4 portion size (do notmake into a pudding just use straight from the package)

·1 tin (14oz) size crushed pineapple drained

·1 cup crushed graham wafer crumbs

·3 tbsp melted butter or margarine

·2 tbsp white sugar
How to Make Pineapple dessert
- For the base
- Mix together the graham wafer crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
Reserve 1/4 cup of crumbs for the top - Pack into a buttered 8"X8" inch square pan
DO NOT BAKE - For the Filling
- Mix together the sour cream, vanilla instant pudding, crushed pineapple (drained)
- Pour onto graham wafer base
- Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top
- Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until set or overnight
