I have made this several times for several occasions and it doesn't last any time at all before it is gone. Everyone absolutely LOVES this dessert. Next time I'm going to have to double up for a family gathering.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 20 ounce cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into small chunks
How To Make pineapple cream cheese cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2In a small bowl mix together the egg, milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and pour directly over butter but do not stir.

Step 3Add the pineapple chunks in a single layer as much apossible. Drop cream cheese pieces over pineapple chunks.

Step 4Place in preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.
