- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cans 20 oz each pineapple chucks drained
- 6 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice
- 1 cup ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter melted,plus some for greasing pan
How To Make pineapple casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Grease a med-size casserole with butter

Step 3In a large bowl stir together the sugar and flour.Gradually stir in the cheese.Add the drained pineapple chucks and stir until ingredients are well combined.Pour into the greased casserole dish.

Step 4In a medium bowl combine the crackers melted butter and remaining pineapple juice stirring until well blended.Spread crumb over top of pineapple mixture

Step 5Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
