Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 can(s)
    20 oz each pineapple chucks drained
  • 6 Tbsp
    reserved pineapple juice
  • 1 c
    ritz crackers
  • 1 stick
    butter melted,plus some for greasing pan

How to Make Pineapple casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease a med-size casserole with butter
  3. In a large bowl stir together the sugar and flour.Gradually stir in the cheese.Add the drained pineapple chucks and stir until ingredients are well combined.Pour into the greased casserole dish.
  4. In a medium bowl combine the crackers melted butter and remaining pineapple juice stirring until well blended.Spread crumb over top of pineapple mixture
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
