Ingredients

2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

1/2 clard
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 ccream
-
1egg
How to Make Perishky
- Sift dry ingredients, rub in lard, add slightly beaten egg, milk and cream.
- Mix together to make a soft dough, you may need to add a little bit more flour.
- Roll out, cut into squares (or long strips) and fill with apples or other fruits.
Top with 1tsp sugar, or more, depending on taste and a bit of flour. - Fold over and seal.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
