How to Make Perishky
1Sift dry ingredients, rub in lard, add slightly beaten egg, milk and cream.
2Mix together to make a soft dough, you may need to add a little bit more flour.
3Roll out, cut into squares (or long strips) and fill with apples or other fruits.
Top with 1tsp sugar, or more, depending on taste and a bit of flour.
4Fold over and seal.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
