With pears plentiful I make this cobbler several times in the summer. It is always welcomed by my family and dinner guests!

Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced fresh pears
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 - pillsbury roll out pie crust
- 1/4 stick butter
How To Make pear cobbler

Step 1Mix flour, sugar and ginger

Step 2Peel and slice fresh pears

Step 3Mix pears and flour mixture

Step 4Put into casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees stirring occasionally until fork tender.

Step 5Remove and cover with pie crust. Dot with butter and bake until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
