Peach-Blueberry Crisp with Almond Topping
3 1/2 cfresh peaches, peeled and sliced
2 cfresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbspall purpose flour
2 tsplemon juice
3/4 cold-fashioned oats
1/4 call purpose flour
1/4 csliced almonds
How to Make Peach-Blueberry Crisp with Almond Topping
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a 7 x 11 inch baking dish, combine peaches, blueberries, 1 Tbsp. flour, lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine oats, almonds, 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter and crumble on top of fruit mixture.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes
