fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp
all purpose flour
2 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 c
sugar
3/4 c
old-fashioned oats
1/4 c
all purpose flour
1/4 c
sliced almonds
1/2 c
sugar
4 Tbsp
butter

How to Make Peach-Blueberry Crisp with Almond Topping

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2In a 7 x 11 inch baking dish, combine peaches, blueberries, 1 Tbsp. flour, lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside.
  • 3In a small bowl, combine oats, almonds, 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter and crumble on top of fruit mixture.
  • 4Bake 30 to 40 minutes
