Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter

How To Make peach-blueberry crisp with almond topping

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step 2
    In a 7 x 11 inch baking dish, combine peaches, blueberries, 1 Tbsp. flour, lemon juice and 1/4 cup sugar. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    In a small bowl, combine oats, almonds, 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter and crumble on top of fruit mixture.
  • Step 4
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes
