Ingredients
- PASTRY
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- TART
- - pastry as prepared
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding
- 4 cups sliced mixed fruit (strawberries, kiwis, peaches, oranges)
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur or water
How To Make orange glazed strawberry tart

Step 1Pastry - Mix all pastry ingredients until dough forms. Press dough firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of ungreased tart pan with removable bottom 11x1in or a 12 in pizza pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown, cool completely.

Step 2Mix sour cream, milk and pudding mix with mixer on low speed for 1-2 minutes or until blended. Spread over cooled tart shell. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr but not longer than 4 hrs,

Step 3Arrange fruit on pudding mixture at least 1 hour before serving, Heat marmalade and liqueur over low heat until melted. Cool slightly then spoon over fruit. cover and refrigerate.
