Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - cherry pie filling
- - vanilla wafers
How To Make mini cheese cakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.

Step 2Mix together and put over 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of a mini cupcake holder. Be sure to use papers. Put 1 tsp of cherry pie filling on top and bake. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
