Ingredients

    2 sleeves ritz crackers, crushed
  • ·
    1 stick butter, melted
  • ·
    3 tablespoons sugar
  • ·
    2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • ·
    12 oz. container frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • ·
    12 oz. tub cool whip
  • ·
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained (for garnish)
  • ·
    8 maraschino cherries, halved (for garnish)

How to Make Lemonade Lush Dessert

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press into an ungreased 13x9 dish; set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine milk and lemonade concentrate until smooth (mixture will begin to thicken). Gently fold in Cool Whip until smooth. Pour over crust.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
  4. Garnish with oranges and cherries.
