Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups water
- - juice from 1 lemon
- - grated lemon rhind from 1 lemon
- - 3-4 drops yellow food coloring
- - 3 dozen baked tart shells
How To Make lemon tarts

Step 1Combine 1 1/2 cup sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt. Add 2 1/2 cups water, in a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.

Step 2Cool slightly and pour into tart shells. Chill for several hours before serving.
