Ingredients

  • 1 tube pillsbury sugar cookie roll
  • 2 packages 8 oz each phil cream cheese
  • 2 cups confectionary sugar
  • 2 quarts strawberries fresh
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 2 - bananas sliced
  • GLAZE
  • 1 ounce 3 oz strawberry jello (sugar free)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon white karo

How To Make fruit pizza

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVER 350 DEGREES.
  • Step 2
    GREASE LARGE PIZZA PAN WITH LEDGE, I USE PAM. PAT SUGAR COOKIE INTO PAN TO COVER.
  • Step 3
    BAKE FOR 10-15 MIN UNTIL LIGHT BROWN.
  • Step 4
    COOL
  • Step 5
    MIX CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR WITH MIXER UNTIL SMOOTH AND SPREAD ON BAKED COOKIE.
  • Step 6
    DRAIN ALL FRUIT ON PAPER TOWEL
  • Step 7
    SLICE BANANAS AND ADD A LITTLE LEMON JUICE ,SO THEY WON'T TURN IN COLOR.
  • Step 8
    MAKE SURE ALL FRUIT IS DRAINED, THEN MIX TOGETHER IN A BIG BOWL. POUR OVER CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE.
  • Step 9
    PREPARING FOR GLAZE: PLACE WHITE SUGAR, WATER, AND CORNSTARCH IN PAN AND COOK ON MED HEAT ON STOVE. COOK UNTIL CLEAR AND THICK. STIR CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAR, ADD JELLO AND KARO. WHILE HOT, POUR OVER FRUIT. PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS UNTIL SET.
