fried apples
My Great Aunt Lucy used to make these with breakfast whenever we stayed with her during our trips down South to visit family. I always loved them! I don't know if this is the same way Aunt Lucy made them, but it is so good! I serve them hot as a side dish with pork chops, or over pancakes, and even over vanilla ice cream as a dessert! The possibilities are endless!
