Ingredients

  • 2 quarts fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • CHEDDAR BISCUIT MIXTURE
  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup sharp cheese,grated
  • 2/3 cup milk

How To Make fresh peach cobbler with cheese biscuits

  • Step 1
    Grease 13x9x2 inch pan.
  • Step 2
    Add sliced peaches.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle dry ingredients over peaches.
  • Step 4
    Bake in 400 degree oven about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Step 5
    Mix together the biscuit mixture. After the peach mixture is bake for 15 minutes, take it out of the oven and stir the peach mixture.
  • Step 6
    Then you drop the biscuit mixture by tablespoon (about 12) on top. Put it back in the 400 degree oven and this time bake it about 20 minutes. ENJOY!!!!!
