  • 2 qt
    fresh sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • CHEDDAR BISCUIT MIXTURE

  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 1 c
    sharp cheese,grated
  • 2/3 c
    milk

How to Make Fresh Peach Cobbler with Cheese Biscuits

Step-by-Step

  1. Grease 13x9x2 inch pan.
  2. Add sliced peaches.
  3. Sprinkle dry ingredients over peaches.
  4. Bake in 400 degree oven about 15 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Mix together the biscuit mixture. After the peach mixture is bake for 15 minutes, take it out of the oven and stir the peach mixture.
  6. Then you drop the biscuit mixture by tablespoon (about 12) on top. Put it back in the 400 degree oven and this time bake it about 20 minutes. ENJOY!!!!!
