How to Make Fragole Balsamico (Balsamic Strawberries)

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse, hull and dry berries. If large can be cut in half.
  2. Put in a bowl, sprinkle with vinegar and turn gently.
    Let stand for 15 minutes, sprinkle with sugar and turn over again. Serve at once.
