2 can(s)refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 10 biscuits each can
1/4 cstrawberry or blackberry jam
2 cvegetable oil
1/4 cpowdered sugar
How to Make Easy jelly-filled donuts
- Lay out biscuits and flatten each one slightly. Place a little jam in center of 1/2 of the biscuits.
- Top w/ another biscuit. Pinch edges to seal. Heat oil in lg deep skillet. Carefully place biscuits in oil in batches. Fry about 4 mins, turning once.
- Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle donuts w/ powdered sugar.
