easy jelly-filled donuts
I don't remember where I got this recipe from yrs ago, but have been making them since the 80's. They are so good! You can use just about any jam or jelly that you like.

Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 10 biscuits each can
- 1/4 cup strawberry or blackberry jam
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
How To Make easy jelly-filled donuts

Step 1Lay out biscuits and flatten each one slightly. Place a little jam in center of 1/2 of the biscuits.

Step 2Top w/ another biscuit. Pinch edges to seal. Heat oil in lg deep skillet. Carefully place biscuits in oil in batches. Fry about 4 mins, turning once.

Step 3Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle donuts w/ powdered sugar.
