This is a recipe that my grandmother, Big Mama, had in her repertoire for many years. It is so versatile making it easy for you to use whatever kind of fruit you like (no, it doesn't have to be peaches, I just like them!) My husband, however does not like peaches, so we use pineapple sometimes, or cherries! It always turns out fabulous!
