How to Make Easiest Cobbler Ever
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in an 8"x8" Pyrex pan.
- Add biscuit mix, sugar and fruit to the butter. You can mix it together at this point, or not. Sprinkle some lemon juice, cinnamon and a pinch of salt over the top.
- Bake at 325 degrees about an hour until bubbly and brown. Double recipe for a long Pyrex dish.
