6 largefuji apples (or your favorite apple), peeled and diced
1 pkgfresh cranberries
1 cgranulated sugar
How to Make Cran-Apple Sauce
- Put everything together in a saucepan, EXCEPT THE CRAISINS, and bring to a boil over hi heat, while stirring.
- Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries pop open and mixture starts to thicken (12-16 min)
- Remove from heat and stir in Craisins. Cool.
- Once cooled, cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
