  rinse strawberries and place on paper towels to dry.melt chocolate chips in microwave on high for 1 minute. remove from microwave and stir until chocolate is completely melted, about 15 seconds. holding strawberries by the stem, swirl them in the melted chocolate and place on waxed paper or plastic wrap. refrigerate until chocolate is set and fruit is cold, 15 to 30 minutes
