At home one night and that old Sweet Tooth kicked in to full gear. I always have plenty of apples, and like always: needed to use them up. I stood in my kitchen for a few minutes, and this is what I came up with. I hope you like it. ENJOY !

Ingredients

  • 2
    apples, granny smith
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 c
    hersey caramel topping
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • ·
    craisins (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp
    bourbon (optional)
  • WITH SHARP KNIFE AND MELLON SCOOP, REMOVE TOP OF APPLE AND SCOOP OUT INSIDES, LEAVING 1/4 THICK WALL AROUND APPLE

How to Make Caramel & PB Apple Cups with Craizens

Step-by-Step

  1. Set prepared apples aside until later.
  2. In medium bowl, mix together ALL other ingredients together.
  3. Fill each apple cavity with equal amounts of filling.
  4. Bake apple @ 350 F, for 15 minutes or until apples are tender.

    ENJOY !
