At home one night and that old Sweet Tooth kicked in to full gear. I always have plenty of apples, and like always: needed to use them up. I stood in my kitchen for a few minutes, and this is what I came up with. I hope you like it. ENJOY !

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

apples, granny smith
1/2 c
peanut butter, creamy
1/2 c
hersey caramel topping
1/2 c
chopped nuts
craisins (to taste)
2 Tbsp
bourbon (optional)

WITH SHARP KNIFE AND MELLON SCOOP, REMOVE TOP OF APPLE AND SCOOP OUT INSIDES, LEAVING 1/4 THICK WALL AROUND APPLE

How to Make Caramel & PB Apple Cups with Craizens

Step-by-Step

  • 1Set prepared apples aside until later.
  • 2In medium bowl, mix together ALL other ingredients together.
  • 3Fill each apple cavity with equal amounts of filling.
  • 4Bake apple @ 350 F, for 15 minutes or until apples are tender.
