I had bought some fresh peaches and blueberries, decided I would make a cobbler with it. This version is not real sweet, which I love and my husband did too!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups sliced fresh peaches
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh
- TOPPING
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make blueberry peach cobbler

Step 1In a saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until thick. Add fresh fruit and pour into a buttered baking 8x8 pan. (if you want to make larger dessert use a 2 quart baking pan)

Step 2For topping combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in milk and butter. Pour over fruit mixture.

Step 3Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until topping is golden brown. This is best when served warm. Enjoy!
