I needed an easy cobbler recipe, searched the site and finally came up with this one, combining pieces and parts of two of them.

Ingredients
- - crust
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- - filling
- 4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make blueberry cobbler, my way

Step 1Crust: Sift flour and baking powder together, add sugar and milk, mix well and pour into 9 x 13 baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter melted in it.

Step 2Filling: Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan, stir in berries and water. Heat to boiling,stirring constantly. Continue boiling and stirring one minute.

Step 3Gently pour filling over entire surface of crust. DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
