1Heat oven to 375F...Base.....Stir flour with sugar and salt..drizzle with oil and mix together...Press all but 1/3 cup into foil lined 9 inch square pan. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from oven and set aside to prepare filling.
2Beat cream cheese with sugar whipping cream.vanilla and lemon zest. beat until very smooth..On low speed mix in eggs until all wellcombined.
3Scatter half the berries over crust , pour cream cheese mix over berries and scatter with remaining berries and add remaining crumbs and nuts on top.
4Bake for 25 minutes or until cheesecake is just slightly jiggly in the centre...cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.
