Ingredients
- 6 - large tart apples
- 1 cup chopped bananas
- 1 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make baked stuffed apples

Step 1Cut off the stem end of the apples, but do not peel them. Remove all the core and part of the pulp, leaving the walls of the cup about 3/4" thick.

Step 2Mix the bananas, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Fill the cavities in the apples with the mixture.

Step 3Place the apples in a baking dish and cover the bottom of the dish with water. Bake at 350* until tender.
