6large tart apples
1 cchopped bananas
1 cchopped dried cranberries
1 cbrown sugar
How to Make Baked Stuffed Apples
- Cut off the stem end of the apples, but do not peel them. Remove all the core and part of the pulp, leaving the walls of the cup about 3/4" thick.
- Mix the bananas, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Fill the cavities in the apples with the mixture.
- Place the apples in a baking dish and cover the bottom of the dish with water. Bake at 350* until tender.
