Ingredients For baked stuffed apples

  • 6
    large tart apples
  • 1 c
    chopped bananas
  • 1 c
    chopped dried cranberries
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make baked stuffed apples

  • 1
    Cut off the stem end of the apples, but do not peel them. Remove all the core and part of the pulp, leaving the walls of the cup about 3/4" thick.

    Mix the bananas, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Fill the cavities in the apples with the mixture.

    Place the apples in a baking dish and cover the bottom of the dish with water. Bake at 350* until tender.
