How to Make Apple Pudding
- Melt butter in a 2 qt. casserole.
In a separate bowl, Combine next 6 ingredients to make the batter and stir with a fork.
- Now just pour the batter in the casserole in the center of the melted butter.
- Next, pile the apples in the center of the batter.
Bake in 375* oven for 30-40 minutes or until the batter covers the fruit and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream or, our favorite is to drizzle with lemon sauce.
