We like this best with cooked apples but, canned work well too. Great for any special event or just anytime! Everyone who has tried this dessert, LOVES it! Pudding or cake? You really have both here!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cooked or canned apples
How To Make apple pudding

Step 1Melt butter in a 2 qt. casserole. In a separate bowl, Combine next 6 ingredients to make the batter and stir with a fork.

Step 2Now just pour the batter in the casserole in the center of the melted butter.

Step 3Next, pile the apples in the center of the batter. Bake in 375* oven for 30-40 minutes or until the batter covers the fruit and the crust is golden brown.

Step 4Serve with ice cream and/or whipped cream or, our favorite is to drizzle with lemon sauce. You decide!
