Ingredients For apple pie enchiladas

  • 1 can
    apple pie filling
  • 6 sm
    flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c
    cane sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make apple pie enchiladas

    Mix sugars and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly 3 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 30 minutes.

    Put 2-3 Tbsp. fruit filling in center of each tortillas. Sprinkle with cinnamon or apple pie spice. Fold over lapping edges. Secure with toothpick. Place seam-side down in oblong baking dish. Pour sauce over tortillas.

    Bake in pre-heated 350 Degree oven until light brown and slightly crisp. Good served warm with ice cream or cold.
