1Mix sugars and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly 3 minutes. Remove from heat, let stand 30 minutes.
2Put 2-3 Tbsp. fruit filling in center of each tortillas. Sprinkle with cinnamon or apple pie spice.
Fold over lapping edges. Secure with toothpick. Place seam-side down in oblong baking dish. Pour sauce over tortillas.
3Bake in pre-heated 350 Degree oven until light brown and slightly crisp. Good served warm with ice cream or cold.
