apple crisp
The best apple crisp I have ever ate! Long story short. This recipe was given to my husband over 30 years ago for payment for doing some work for an elderly couple he knew could not pay for the service. I have been making this for him ever since. I like to use galas for this apple dish because they do not cook down to mush nor get REAL juicy, but use whatever kind of cooking apple you like.
