Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 - banana, mashed
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4-8 ounces vanilla or white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
How To Make white chocolate pecan banana cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy; add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and banana, mix well

Step 2Add flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda; mix well. Add chocolate and pecans; mix gently. Chill dough about 1 hour.

Step 3Drop onto baking sheet and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake 15 minutes or until browned on edges.
