These cookies are a perfect treat for any occassion. They are a moist, cake like cookie. These are a nice after-school snack too! You could also mix it up and add nuts, coconut or regular chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon milk (i like whole best)
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces white chocolte chips
- 5 ounces dried cranberries
How To Make white chocolate cranberry cookies

Step 1In small bowl dissolve baking soda in milk. Set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2In large bowl mix sugars, applesauce, egg, oil and vanilla with wooden spoon.

Step 3Add to sugar mixture the flour, baking powder, salt and dissolved baking soda mixture. Mix until all is combined. Stir in white chocolate and cranberries.

Step 4Line baking sheets with parchment paper. using approx. 1/2 oz. scoop drop cookies on sheet 2 in. apart. Bake 10 min. or until a light golden color. Before moving to wire racks to cool let sit on pan 10 min.

Step 5Tip: For more even baking place only one sheet in the oven at a time.
