These cookies are so good! Salty and sweet! You can mix up the chips to your liking- caramel, chocolate mint or holiday flavors- they all work!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup +2 tbsp brown sugar (lightly packed)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup broken pretzel stick (chunky)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
How To Make triple chip pretzel cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, cream the butter and the sugars. Add the vanilla, water and egg. Mix and scrape the sides of the bowl.

Step 2In a small bowl combine the baking soda and flour. Gradually add to the wet mixture. Mix until combined.

Step 3Add the pretzel pieces and chips. Mix together using a spatula. Spoon the mixture onto a small ball and press together with your fingers into a cookie shape put on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 11-14 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from baking sheet and cool completely on a wire rack. Store covered on counter.
