ALWAYS USE SWEET BUTTER, variations i love is each time they come out a bit different. To avoid them being too crisp. Set Timer for 9 minutes and watch carefully. Perfection is about 11 minutes ! Cookies soothe the savage soul.. and when you cant get relief from ice cream.. Warmed chocolate chip cookies will cure ANYTHING!
