This is an old recipe from Kelloggs and is so easy and tasty.Makes about 5 dozen.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 c
    kelloggs sugar frosted flakes or corn flakes crushed to measure 1 1/2 cups
  • 1 pkg
    6 ounce semisweet chocolate chips melted

How to Make Tiger Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir together flour,soda and salt. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanill and beat well.
  3. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in crushed cereal.
  4. Drizzle melted chocolate over dough. With knife swirl melted chocolate gently through dough
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 12 minutes till lightly brown.
