Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs room tempurature
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar

How To Make thick tollhouse cookies

  • Step 1
    Sift together the dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream together the butter,sugars until well combined. Add one egg in at a time until incorporated the add the vanilla. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Step 2
    Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees,using a tablespoon,dollop 9 cookies per sheet pan leaving them at minimum two inches apart.
  • Step 3
    Depending on your oven,bake them from 10-12 minutes. Let the cool for 3-4 minutes on the sheet pan then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely,that's if you can resist eating them all before they cool!!! Enjoy! :) P.S. You can also add chopped nuts to this,3/4 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans!
