The best brownie, but directions must be followed exactly. It's a cross between a fudgie and a cake brownie. The best of both worlds. If ingredients are measured carefully , the brownies will be incredible.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
- 1 cup butter
- 5 - eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
How To Make the ultimate brownie

Step 1Melt chocolate and butter, over low heat, stirring frequently. Set aside.

Step 2In a mixer beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes. Mixture will be thick and pale yellow. Blend in chocolate mixture. Fold in flour and salt until just mixed. Stir in the nuts.

Step 3Pout into a lightly greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. (Don't over bake). Cool and frost with a chocolate icing, if desired. Brownies should be moist in the center.
