How to Make The Ultimate Brownie
- Melt chocolate and butter, over low heat, stirring frequently. Set aside.
- In a mixer beat eggs, sugar and vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes. Mixture will be thick and pale yellow.
Blend in chocolate mixture. Fold in flour and salt until just mixed.
Stir in the nuts.
- Pout into a lightly greased and floured 9 X 13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. (Don't over bake).
Cool and frost with a chocolate icing, if desired.
Brownies should be moist in the center.
