Tender Apricot Thumbprints

- cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 c
- butter, room temperature
- 3/4 c
- 1 1/4 c
- 1/4 c
- apricot preserves
How to Make Tender Apricot Thumbprints
- 1In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter on medium high 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add sugar and beat 1 minute.
- 2Gradually add flour, on low speed, and mix until combined. Cover and chill 2 hours.
- 3Scoop 2 Tablespoons at a time and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press thumb in the middle and fill with 1 teaspoon preserves. Bake 10 minutes. Let set on baking sheet 10 minutes and remove to cooling rack.
