Super Simple Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Catherine Cappiello Pappas

Cookies are pretty much the easiest thing you could bake up in pinch, but what makes these cookies even easier?

Vanilla cake mix.

These cookies were soft, chewy and not overly sweet, surprisingly. The cinnamon really cuts into the sweetness of the cake mix and balances out all the flavors.
