Make your favorite cookie dough. Wrap and freeze the dough in a log shape. When you need a quick dessert in a hurry, simply preheat your oven. Cut off how many cookies you want to make, pop them in the oven and they will be super quick and easy. I have done this very successfully with all cookie doughs, with fruits, with chocolate chips etc.
