strawberry chocolate chip cake mix cookies
If you haven't tried cake mix cookies yet you've missed a real find. Without a doubt they are the easiest cookies that I've ever made. Everyone seems to love them and they never last long.

Ingredients
- 1 - 1 box strawberry cake mix
- - halfway in between 1/3 and 1/2 cup oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup 1 cup chocolate chips
How To Make strawberry chocolate chip cake mix cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Line two cookie sheets with silpat mats or parchment paper.

Step 2Mix cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl until batter is smooth and no dry cake mix powder remains. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 3Take about 2 tbsp dough and form into a ball. The ball should be about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough about 2 inches apart.

Step 4Bake about 12 minutes until cookies are set, and edges start to turn a light brown. Let cookies cool on baking sheets and finish setting before removing.
